Warehouse Inventory Assistant

Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Assistant compiles, verifies and maintains records of quantity and type of merchandise stocked in warehouse. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service
• Verify products using item numbers, descriptions, and quantity.
• Order parts and equipment
• Create/update reports via data entry for departmental use
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Enter receipt of parts into data system
• Keep parts and warehouse orderly and clean
• Log maintenance records and inspections into data system
• Assist with purchasing

 
Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Business or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
